COG is the arm of the organization involved in providing technical services and consultancy, apart from being level III authorized service partner of Motorala.

The various services being offered by COG are :

  • Engineering services for telecom & IT networks
  • Turnkey Telecom Infrastructure projects
  • Overseas telecom projects
  • Repair and Maintenance services
  • 24 X7 Help desk services

COG has a strategic alliances with NEC Japan for providing presales and post sales services which includes the help desk services for NEC Microwave equipment customers (Mobile Operators) across the country. It has also tied up with Alcatel for O&M services.

With its large number of trained engineers and technicians spread across the country is able to support the other business group in pre sales and post sales technical support activities.

COG also offers full fledged supply chain management services to major telecom operators . The services include supply of installation materials in kit form customized to the individual requirements, transportation and logistics services for delivering the equipment.

At present we run help desk operations from 8 locations across India.

We also offer similar services for telemetry applications in mining industry for Modular Mining Systems Inc.USA
