Aryacom has fully equipped service centres to extend warranty and post warranty services in Ahmedabad, New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Baroda and Mumbai for radios and other products being sold by us. These service centres are authorised by respective manufacturer for carrying out level 1 to level 3 repairs.

We are operating exclusive level III service center for Motorola products .

For providing the services, concerned Aryacom engineers and technicians have been trained in India and abroad by the original equipment manufacturers.

In addition to regular maintenance services Aryacom also undertakes comprehensive or non-comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) / Annual Repair Contracts (ARC).

Through our special projects / services / help desk, we provide

• Warranty and post warranty support
• Operation and maintenance services to various vendors and users
• Annual Maintenance Contract of complex systems

Besides above, we operate 24 X 7 help desk for NEC Microwave users, The support is provided in terms of telephonic on line and on site support.

At present we run the help desk operations from 8 locations across India.

Operation & Maintenance

Aryacom is carrying out O & M of SDH network for leading operator in India on behalf of the equipment supplier. The activity involves manning depots across India under stringent SLA conditions.

Annual Maintenance Contract of systems

We undertake AMC of complex SMR and other special systems supplied by Aryacom. Generally comprehensive cover is provided for the systems to ensure prompt response and high uptime.
